Jean Reinhardt 1910-1953 known by his Romani nickname Django was a Belgian-born gypsy jazz guitar virtuoso who lived in France. He was one of the first major jazz talents to emerge from Europe.
Reinhardt`s nickname `Django` means `I have awakened` in the Romani language.
