Age restrictions

Use of the Service
Service Content
Service Content includes music, audio (for example, music and other sounds). Content may be provided and distributed on the Service by our users, and classical-music-online.net is the hosting provider for such Content. Responsibility for the Content lies with the individual or legal entity that uploaded it to the Service. If you discover that Content does not comply with this Agreement, such as in violation of the Community Guidelines or any law, you may notify us.
Your information
Information about how we collect and process your personal data, and ensure its security when you use the Service, is provided in our Privacy Policy.
 All audio and audiovisual material uploaded to the Service is subject to classical-music-online.net's Data Processing Terms. They do not apply only in cases where you add such content solely for personal purposes.
Permissions and restrictions
You may access and use the Service provided that you comply with the law and this Agreement. Watching and listening to the Content is permitted only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
To use the Service, you must comply with the specified restrictions. Do not do the following:
1. View, copy, download, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, modify, transform or in any way exploit the Content or any part of the Service, except as provided below. To perform these actions, the following is required: a) permission by the rules of the Service; b) prior written permission from representatives of YouTube and, if necessary, the relevant copyright holders; c) permission in accordance with applicable law.
Do (or attempt to do) any of the following: circumvent restrictions, disable, engage in fraudulent manipulation or otherwise interfere with the operation of the Service, including security-related features, as well as features that: a) prevent or restrict the use or copying of any Content ; b) impose restrictions on the use of the Service or Content.
2. Use the Service through automated means such as bots, botnets and content scrapers. Exceptions: a) bots of public search networks operating in accordance with the robots.txt file; b) prior written permission from YouTube; c) applicable legislation allowing such actions.
3. Collect any information that could be used to identify an individual, such as user names or their faces. Such actions can only be performed with the permission of this person or in the cases specified in paragraph 3.
4. Use the Service to distribute unsolicited advertising or commercial materials and other unwanted, intrusive materials (spam).
5. Use the services of third parties to artificially increase the number of views, likes, subscribers and other statistical indicators of channels and videos, as well as independently perform actions that prevent you from accurately measuring the actual interest of viewers in the content.
6. Baselessly blaming other users: submitting false complaints, flagging content as inappropriate, filing copyright complaints, appeals and objections.
Run contests through the Service that do not comply with Contest Rules and Guidelines. Use the Service to reproduce Content for any purpose other than personal and non-commercial. For example, publicly display videos or play music using the Service.
Reservation of rights
Any rights not expressly granted to you in this Agreement are reserved by classical-music-online.net or their respective rights holders. Thus, use of the Service, for example, does not give you intellectual rights to the Content you access (including any means of customization used or displayed on the Service.
Uploading Content
You can upload Content to the Service. All Content you upload must comply with the Agreement and the law. For example, Your Content must not contain third party intellectual property unless You have the appropriate person's permission or other legal basis. You are legally responsible for all Content you add to the Platform. We can check it using automated technologies. They are used to help detect the distribution of spam, malware, illegal materials and prevent other illegal activities.
Rights you grant
You retain all rights to your Content. However, you agree to grant the following rights to classical-music-online.net and other users of the Service.

By uploading Content to the Platform, you grant classical-music-online.net a non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free license to use Your Content throughout the world, with the right to sublicense. classical-music-online.net receives, among other things, the right to reproduce, distribute, modify and display Your Content for the development, operation and improvement of the Service.
Rights granted to other users
You grant each user of the Service a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to access and use Your Content to the extent permitted by the functionality of the Service (including the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, display and demonstrate it).
License validity period
The rights to use Your Content continue until it is removed as described below. Once it is removed, licenses terminate unless otherwise required to operate the Service, use the Content in accordance with the permissions granted prior to removal, or as required by law. . If you delete Content, classical-music-online.net has no obligation to also delete: (a) copies that users have stored for offline viewing; b) copies, the storage of which is due to legal purposes.

Change of Agreement

We will notify you in advance of significant changes and give you an opportunity to review them in advance, except in the following cases: 1) the launch of a new product or feature; 2) urgent situations, for example when we need to prevent a violation or respond to legal requirements.
