The idea to create works occurred of Isaac Schwartz impressed documentary notes a prison of the ghetto, especially shook composer describing the celebration of Purim. Isaac Schwartz devoted his concert in memory of the Swedish diplomat Raoul Wallenberg, who saved tens of thousands of deaths of Jews during the Second World War. Its premiere took place on 10 May 2000 in the Great Hall of the St. Petersburg Philharmonic Dmitri Shostakovich and was timed to the Independence Day of Israel.
