Written for string orchestra, percussion and piano.
The symphony consists of two parts:
- Part One: Tense and dynamic, reflecting the anxiety and realities of a world in a pandemic.
- Second movement (Adagio): Longer, in form reminiscent of a prelude and fugue; in the finale there is a hope for salvation.
