I would like to die on the wings of ecstasy,
In a lazy half-sleep inspired by a dream,
Without pangs of repentance, without torture of thought,
Without cowardly tears of farewell to the earth.

I would like to die in fragrant spring,
In a neglected garden, on a fragrant day,
So that clumps of dark lindens doze over me
And blooming lilacs swayed.

So that there would be a stream with a mysterious murmur
Silent silence disturbed and woke up,
And the blue sky with solemn silence
He clearly spoke to me about heavenly eternity.

So that I do not pray, do not cry, dying,
And sweetly dozed off, and so that I dreamed ...
That I`m swimming ... I`m swimming, and that the wave is dumb
Silently gives me another wave...
